Modules
Everything for trade, in one system.
Over 500 operations in six modules.
Sales
Everything a deal needs is in the customer's and the items' records, so a sale is a routine operation. The seller sees the stock in neighbouring warehouses too and, if needed, transfers goods or orders from a supplier right at the time of sale.
- Automatic pricing by counterparty
- Quick creation of transfer protocol from another warehouse
- Quick creation of a delivery protocol when out of stock
- Possibility of replacing a product with a similar one
- Ability to return a product
- Quick invoicing
- Quick recording of full or partial payment
- Tracking of the counterparty's previous outstanding amounts, with the option to pay them at the time of sale
- Invoicing of previous outstanding amounts at the time of sale
Stock and items
Items are grouped by category and price group, and photos, certificates and brochures can be attached to each. Stock is shown by warehouse and by site, and when an item runs out the system suggests a similar one.

Supplier orders
When there are tens of thousands of items, ordering has to be easy. SaR creates orders by item group, by critical quantities in a warehouse or a group of warehouses, from a sales order or by hand - and with the supplier's own codes.
- Delivery orders based on critical stock quantities
- Delivery orders by product category
- Delivery orders by supplier
- Delivery orders based on a sales order
- Order tracking statuses
- Custom orders with supplier codes
- Tracking of payables to suppliers
- Supplier invoices
- Payments to suppliers by bank transfer or in cash
Invoicing and cash
Invoicing is among the most critical operations, yet in SaR any employee with the right permissions can do it - prices, discounts and cash registers are set in advance in the customer's record.
- Numbering management by site
- Invoicing to a bank account or cash register
- Tracking of invoiced and uninvoiced orders
- Export to accounting products
- Reports on cash register operations
- Cash register audits
- Fiscal printer management
Counterparties and prices
Accurate counterparty data is the basis of any ERP. VAT-registered companies are checked directly in the European VIES system, grouped into categories, and contracts and declarations are attached to their records.
- VIES check
- Categorization of companies
- Reports by counterparty category
- Flexible pricing policy for individual customers or customer groups
- Credit limits
- Individual payment term settings
- Attaching related documents (contracts, declarations, etc.)
Reports
Powerful filters give different cross-sections of the data from a single report, and the results are exported for further work in Excel or other software.
- Filtering by period
- Filtering by one, a group or all holders
- Filtering results by site
- Filtering by one, a group, a category or all counterparties
- Export to PDF, XLS, CSV
Multi-company support
Many companies. Many sites. One system.
A business is often split between several companies or franchises, which usually means a separate copy of the software for each. In SaR the companies are called holders and are managed from one place - their support is built into the core of the system.
Holders
More than one company in one system. Every document states which holder the operation is on behalf of.
Sites and offices
Users add their own offices and stores - sales, turnover and profit by site.
Warehouses
Stock by warehouse and by site, sales and order protocols by location.
Cash and numbering
Cash registers and invoice numbering by holder, by site or shared by all.
