- Back to the dispatcher if no patrol is free
- Patrols on a task are skipped for the next alarms

Structure
One centre. The whole country.
SSN Navigator connects to the alarm system you already use. No regional offices are needed - the work across the whole country is run from just one.

Add-ons
More safety for the patrols.
The add-ons are paid separately and added when needed.
Panic button
A hidden button in the car. When pressed, the dispatch centre gets a signal and sees where the patrol that needs help is.
Call recording
The VOIP calls between the patrol and the dispatcher are recorded.
SMS to the customer
The customer learns at once about the alarm and which patrol is at the address. It needs a contract with an SMS provider.
