Do we need to install anything?
No - Tranzit Cloud is a cloud service and works in any modern browser, on a computer, tablet and phone. No servers of your own are needed, and the updates come on their own, with no interruption to work.
Which transports does it suit?
For shipments with one or many loads, groupage, cross-docking and complex routes through intermediate warehouses - with outbound, return and multi-trip schemes.
Can we work with several companies?
Yes - many companies are run in one system, each with its own orders, invoices, bank accounts, logos and document templates, and the reports can cover all of them.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions about working with the system, opens the right function, fills in fields from a description, pulls data out of e-mails and makes reports in plain language. AI also recognises the carriers' invoices.
How are the trucks tracked?
With the TranzitFleet mobile app for Android and iPhone - the truck's position shows on the map, and loading, unloading and CMR photos are written straight into the system.
Which systems does it connect to?
With ERP, WMS and accounting software through a REST API and JSON and CSV exports, with Microsoft Outlook for e-mail, with VIES for VAT number checks and with the banks through SEPA and SWIFT MT files.
